To create a student account, click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of the homepage.

To create a tutor account, click the 'Become a tutor' button in the top right corner.

Our search system currently allows you to filter tutors by subject, accessibility and price range.

To book a lesson, navigate to a tutor's listing and click the 'Book a lesson' button. Select your preferred date and time and submit it. The tutor will respond to confirm or reject your booking.

All payments are processed securely through our Whish Money integration. After a lesson is confirmed, you'll be prompted to make payment on the lesson card.

You can cancel a lesson if it's still Awaiting Confirmation or Upcoming.

After each completed lesson, you'll receive a notification to leave feedback. You can rate your tutor on a 5-star scale and leave a detailed review about your experience. Honest reviews help other students find great tutors and help tutors improve their services.

Simply by finding the 'Send a message' button on the listing, you can send a message to your tutor and find the room when opening the chat icon in the bottom right of the page.

After registering as a tutor, go to the 'My Ads' and click 'Create Your First Ad'. Fill in details about your expertise, experience, teaching style, and rates. Your profile photo will act as your listing's photo, so make sure to upload a professional profile picture.

To make your listing stand out, select 'Upgrade to Featured' on your listing. Featured listings appear at the top of search results, and include a highlighted chip.

When a student books and pays for a lesson, the funds will be received in Tutor Me's Whish account. After you complete the lesson, the payment is released to your Whish account via your phone number within 24 hours.

The only fee Tutor Me charges is a 10% service fee on each completed lesson.

Online lessons take place through the meeting link that the tutor will specify on the lesson card, so as a student you should pay attention to the meeting link icon before the lesson start time is near.
